What was something that stood out to you from the past Sunday’s message? Share what you learned and how it will impact your life.
Read Luke 17:20-21. Jesus says, “The kingdom of God is among you.” Is the Kingdom a place, a time, or Jesus Himself? How does seeing it this way change your understanding of where the Kingdom is found?
Jesus says the Kingdom “cannot be observed”, yet He is the visible sign of it. How can the Kingdom be both hidden and seen in Jesus? What does this mean for noticing God’s Kingdom today?
If Jesus told the Pharisees the Kingdom of God is ‘among you’ – already present in their midst – how can you live as if the Kingdom is here and now in your workplace, relationships, and city, rather than seeing it as distant or only in the future?
Read 2 Corinthians 5:17–20. God calls us “Christ’s ambassadors” with the task of reconciling people to Him. Why would God choose to work through us instead of doing reconciliation alone? What does this reveal about His strategy for extending His Kingdom?
Read John 14:12. Jesus said that believers will do “even greater works” than He did. In your family, workplace, or Growth Group, what is one specific way you can act as Christ’s ambassador this week to say, “Come back to God”?
Read Acts 9:15–17. The Lord called Saul His “chosen instrument” for a mission. How does this challenge the idea that your location, past, or current circumstances are accidental in God’s Kingdom plan?
Ananias was sent to heal Saul despite Saul’s reputation. Who in your life have you hesitated to engage, and how might God be calling you to reach out to them right where you are?
God made you a “new person,” appointed you as His “ambassador,” and placed you for Kingdom purpose. Where is one place or relationship where you can act as His ambassador this week, instead of waiting?
