Pastor Hana’s Weekly Reflection

Ever feel like life’s just… packed? Between school, work, sports, social stuff, and scrolling—our calendars fill up fast. And somewhere in there, we try to squeeze in time for God, like He’s just another task on the to-do list.

But in 2 Timothy 3, Paul flips that thinking. He warns that in the last days, people will chase their own desires, ignore truth, and fall for all kinds of deception. Sound familiar?

That’s why Paul tells Timothy: Hold tight to Scripture. It’s not just helpful—it’s God-breathed. It’s what keeps us anchored when everything else is shifting. And it’s what fully equips us to live the lives we were actually made for.

So here’s the challenge: Don’t just fit God into your calendar—build your calendar around Him. Let His Word set the pace, shape your priorities, and prepare you for every good thing He’s calling you to do.

  1. What’s currently getting the best of your time—and where does God’s Word fit in?

  2. How could your week look different if you started by building it around Scripture, not just adding it in when there’s time?
