• Doors will open at 8:45 am so we can begin the program promptly at 9 am each day.

  • The program will end at 5 pm each day.

If you anticipate being late for pickup, please notify the Camp Director so we can inform your child’s Crew Team.

Out of respect for our volunteer staff, please arrive on time for pickup. Or, sign up for the Before/After Care program (additional $25 for the week).

  • Yes - Camp Counsellors will be available from 8-9 am for early drop off, and from 5-6 pm for late pick up of your child.

If you anticipate being later that 6 pm for pick up, please click here to make alternate arrangements.

The cost for before/after camp care is set at $25 for the week.

  • Campers should bring a labelled backpack with:

    • A labelled water bottle

    • A labelled change of clothes in case of accidents (all clothing items should also be labelled)

To avoid breakages or conflicts, please do not send toys or personal items with your child.

If your child carries a comfort object (e.g., in their pocket), please inform the Camp Director so the Crew Team can be aware in advance.

  • No - campers will need to pack a nut-free lunch, and any additional snacks they may need.

A snack will be provided daily.

  • When registering your camper, please indicate any food allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of on the registration form.

While we are not a nut-free facility, we will ensure that all provided snacks are nut-free.

If your child is prescribed an EpiPen, they must carry it with them at all times during camp.

  • We will have a “nurse’s station” in the lobby to manage first aid needs. However, we will not be collecting or storing EpiPens or other prescribed medications at the Nurse’s station.

Please make arrangements for a family member to come to camp to administer any necessary medication.

  • Campers will be assigned to crews based on their grade.

If you’d like siblings or specific campers to be in the same group, please list their name(s) on the registration form. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests.

  • There is no discount for registering multiple children from the same family.

We’ve worked hard to offer camp at the lowest price possible!

The registration fee covers the cost of supplies, crafts, games, prizes, snacks, and a shirt for each camper.

  • Great question! Scroll down this page for more details on the activities and lessons campers will explore during the week of camp.

Campers explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their safe place in life’s storms.

Each day, campers trek into field-tested rotations that reinforce relevant Bible Points.
