Hana’s Weekly Reflection

Big things start small!

Okay be honest – how many times do you have to miss before you just stop trying? Because most of us quit when it feels like nothing’s working.

But what if the biggest things God is doing in your life don’t actually start big?

In Ruth 1, everything feels like a loss. Naomi has lost her family, her future…everything.

And Ruth? She has every reason to walk away.

But instead, she chooses something small: “Where you go, I’ll go.”

It doesn’t look powerful. It doesn’t look like it’s changing anything. But it is.

Because God begins redemption – not through big, viral moments – but through ordinary cts of love and loyalty.

Ruth staying becomes the start of everything.

So don’t underestimate the small decisions.

Staying when it’s hard.

Showing up when it’s inconvenient.

Choosing love when it would be easier to leave.

Because what feels like a small step might be the exact thing God uses to change everything.
