Sunday
Reflect on the weekly readings with the following questions:
Jesus calls ordinary people to follow Him and live transformed lives (Luke 5). What “nets” (comfort, security, привыч habits) might Jesus be asking you to leave behind in order to follow Him more fully?
Jesus teaches radical love—loving enemies, giving freely, and building life on His Word (Luke 6). Who is one person you find difficult to love, and what is one practical way you can show them Christ-like love this week?
Jesus responds to faith expressed through humility and trust (Luke 7). Where do you need to trust Jesus more deeply right now, and what would it look like to bring that situation to Him in faith.
Different hearts receive God’s Word differently (Luke 8). What kind of “soil” best describes your heart right now, and what distractions or barriers might be preventing God’s Word from taking root?
Jesus demonstrates power over fear, sickness, and darkness (Luke 8). What area of your life feels out of control or overwhelming, and how can you invite Jesus’ authority into that situation?
