Pastor Jesse’s Weekly Reflection
-
How does God’s promise of mercy, shown through the rainbow, encourage me to keep walking faithfully with Him despite the challenges I face?
God’s silence is not His absence.
Have you ever wondered if God still sees you –– especially when nothing seems to be changing?
Genesis 8:1 says: “But God remembered Noah…”
These few words come after forty days of relentless rain, followed by months of silence inside an ark surrounded by water. No answers. No timeline. Just waiting.
And then God remembers. Not because He forgot, but because the time had come for a new beginning. A fresh start.
This verse reminds us that silence isn’t absence. God’s timing may not match ours, but He does have a plan. When He moves, He brings life, change, and hope.
If you’re feeling stuck, unseen, or unsure of what’s next the same God who remembered Noah remembers you. And He knows exactly when to start something new.
