Sunday
Reflect on the weekly readings with the following questions:
God desires sincere worship and a heart that listens before it speaks (Ecclesiastes 5:1). How intentional are you when you come before God in prayer and worship? What distractions or habits might be preventing you from truly listening to His voice?
Lasting contentment cannot be found in wealth or possessions (Ecclesiastes 5:10). Are there areas where you are looking to money, success, or material things for security or happiness? How can you grow in contentment with what God has already provided?
True fulfillment comes not from having more, but from enjoying God's gifts (Ecclesiastes 6:2). What blessings in your life have you overlooked or taken for granted? How can you intentionally enjoy and appreciate the gifts God has placed in your hands today?
God often uses difficult experiences to develop wisdom and maturity (Ecclesiastes 7:3–4). What challenge or hardship has taught you an important spiritual lesson? How might God be using your current circumstances to deepen your faith and character?
Humility recognizes that God's wisdom is greater than your own understanding (Ecclesiastes 7:13–14). Is there an area of your life where you are struggling to understand God's plan? What would it look like for you to trust His sovereignty and submit your questions to Him?
