Pastor Hana’s Weekly Reflection

Legacy isn’t perfection, it’s presence. Show up. Live it out. The next gen is watching!

As we read Psalm 78, we realize that it’s not just a call for us to tell Bible stories. It’s a call to live a legacy. The next generation isn’t going to be shaped by perfect leaders, or perfect answers, but by people who are real, consistent, and present. You don’t need to have it all together to make a difference. You just need to show up. And all you need to do is start small. Maybe sharing how God helped you through a tough season when you were a younger student. Maybe it’s volunteering with kids, or youth, or the tech team. Maybe it’s choosing to be intentional with your younger sibling, your cousin, or your teammate.

Your everyday faith, how you respond to stress, how you speak about others, and how you treat people is teaching someone something. The question is, what are you passing on?

Let’s be people who share the goodness of God, not just with our words, but with our lives. Let’s be intentional about making sure the next generation knows who He is, because we showed them first!
