 Do you ever find yourself going in the wrong direction?

In Matthew 3, we see John the Baptist preaching, “repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” We then see the same message being preached by Jesus in Matthew 4.

Repentance isn't just feeling bad, it's a complete change of heart and direction. In other words, it's a change of mind that results in a change of action.

It's turning from sin and toward God.

Jesus didn't call for repentance as a sign of condemnation. The hope was for transformation to take place.

What's one thing I need to surrender to God today?
