The Sanctuary Course is an 8 week small group study designed to help churches and faith communities explore mental health and its connection with Christian belief and practice.

The course equips groups to talk openly about mental health, support one another, and strengthen community care and well-being.

Join us weekly, on Tuesdays from 7-9 pm at the Mississauga Campus until November 10, 2026.
